Students shoot for Mars Iowa City Press-Citizen

Andrei Perkhounkov pointed at a small hole in the large pipe that would act as the cannon for the launch of the Mars probes. "Don't look here," he warned the crowd of 17 Longfellow third- and fourth-graders. "By the time you look here, the probe will be in the sky."

I find this odd, that the Commission has to upon completion of all the planned public hearings. Must write a final report for the President. That the report which is due to the President must go through the NASA Administrator hands.
