It may be odd to talk about the wintertime blues in the height of summer, but Spirit has a pretty good case of them, sitting as it is on a Martian hill, dimly lit by the pale sun. For weeks, engineers and scientists at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, Calif., have been coaching the rover up and over and around rocks and ledges and slopes in an attempt to position Spirit on top of a relatively flat slice of bedrock that faces north — where, for a few hours a day anyway, heat from the sun juices up the rover's ever-hungry batteries.TrackBack URL for this entry:

Zach: Hi, Yes I do remember but where has Prozac gone and so many others.
Lots have been happening on all the space fronts take a peak at the sister site for articles on the shuttle replacements authored by a few of the many visitors.
I have also been on the newmars forum site as well as aka SpaceNut.

These are very interesting times, yes. Now if Nasa can get the funding that it would need to get started on the exploration vision I would be happy. An Even if they do not Some company should still try to make it happen, profit or no profit we could all benifit from there actions.
