Russia to Send Spacecraft to Mars Moon in 2009 MosNews

Russia is planning to launch a spacecraft to one of Mars’ moons as early as 2009, the nation’s Federal Space Agency announced. I wished that the article gave more info on the goals of the mission but we will just have to wait.
