Imagine a focused laser beam that can evaporate rocks on a far-away planet. The stuff of science fiction, right? Well, not if you're a NASA scientist working on the newest martian rover being built at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. A full-scale model of the rover, about the size of a compact SUV, is on display at Seattle's Museum of Flight from May 4 until May 31, 2010.TrackBack URL for this entry:
